The Multi-Way Transducer Switch Box improves the efficiency of your Universal Torque Wrench Calibration Machine! The Switch Box switches between and provides continuous power to a number of AWS Intelligent Torque Transducers or Intelligent Instrumented Transducer Cables. This means that you can quickly select which transducer you are using, removing the time required for torque transducer thermal stabilisation.
The Multi-Way Transducer Switch Box can be supplied to power up to 4 or 6 torque transducers simultaneously depending on your requirements.
The AWS Professional Transducer Display connects to the TSB using a single cable via the Auxiliary Port on the display. The RS232 output data, generated from the display, can be accessed from the Switch Box.
The Switch Box is connected to the Universal Torque Wrench Calibration Machine via a single cable. It then allows for the switching of torque transducers without the time for thermal stability, thereby reducing time when calibrating several sizes of torque wrenches.
