The TSC series of Universal Strain Gauge Torque Transducers
are standalone and require only 12V dc. It has on board power regulators, amplifiers and signal conditioning to output high level signals. Torque output signal is an equivalent analogue voltage. Quality materials long life for this type of torque transducer. This technology allows for a wide range of torque capabilities. Signal processing carried out within the transducer allows for connection cables in excess of 25 metres if required. Mounting of the transducer is by base, end face or in-line between suitable couplings. Standard coupling is by square drive but other configurations are available i.e. keyway or splined shaft. The transducer can also be supplied in milli volt per Volt versions. In this version 2 metre cables are standard.
Applications: R&D; Process Control; Engineering and technological Development; Quality control, Tool Testing.
